Our quality management system operates to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, and group suppliers’ credentials are augmented by URS, ASME and ISNetworld certifications and memberships.
KVS an Emerson Authorised Service Provider for the UK. We can supply all Emerson products including new valves, spares and technology.
We’re also the official distributor for Norriseal-Wellmark valves and controls for Europe and Africa.
Conforming to the highest technical standards
All KVS’s valve testing complies with recognised global technical standards.
All seat leak testing complies with API 527 and is carried out in accordance with BS EN ISO 4126-1:2013.
Safety relief valves are set to Cold Differential Test Pressure (CDTP) on either air, nitrogen or water in accordance with BS EN ISO 4126-1:2013.
Hydrostatic testing for control valves is carried out in accordance with ANSI B16.34 Standards and seat leak testing in accordance with ANSI/FCI 70-2-2013 Standards.
Mechanical valves are fully tested to BS EN 12266-1:2012.
