KVS has in-depth expertise in control valve technology used in many high-integrity industrial applications.

For over 25 years, we’ve been known as the go-to company for control valve service, engineering and supply solutions.

KVS provides a full overhaul service for all makes and models of control valves, together with the associated actuators and instrumentation. We also carry out re-trims, engineering modifications and calibration.

Control valves play a vital role in these industries by controlling fluid flow, and a programme of regular valve maintenance and repair is required to minimise variability and waste.
In many cases, overhaul provides a more cost-effective and faster solution than replacing ageing, bespoke control valves that are obsolete.

KVS’s in-house overhaul service covers:

  1. Pre-test
  2. Detailed quality check and report
  3. Strip, clean and inspect
  4. Rebuild to OEM specifications
  5. Hydrostatic test in accordance with ANSI B16.34 Standards
  6. Seat leak test in accordance with ANSI/FCI 70-2-2013 Standards
  7. Gas testing. Flow loop testing can be completed on request
  8. Valve calibrated to client spec
  9. Valve certified and dispatched
